Hyatt House across from Universal Orlando Resort™

We are having a blast! This hotel is great! And the people that works here are even more amazing! We met Jojo at the bar who have the biggest smile/heart giving attention to our little man while being attentive to her guests. And Emily from breakfast, she was so kind and very generous looking for a drawing for my 5 year old, he’s very specific that had to be a car!!! Plus she was talking to her manager to make my little one birthday extra special!!! The pool was great and warm, the breakfast has everything you need to start the day. My kiddo gave the drawing to Emily!!!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and every time we are pleased. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. For example we’re staying with a friend of our son while he competed in a go cart championship. While down stairs eating Emily took the time to bring us a couple of pastries and wished him good luck. He qualified for the national championship and when we got back, Emily asked how he did. When we told her he qualified she went and got a couple of cupcakes with a candle to help us celebrate. We really appreciate those small gestures that make you feel more like a guest than just a patron. Taking everything into consideration like the location, the comfort, the customer service, and the value, Hyatt House has earned our business.

I had an amazing experience at Hyatt House! My friends and I went together to Universal. It was my one of my friend’s birthday and one of the employees, Emilly sang her happy birthday and treated us with so much kindness. She knows how to create a welcoming environment and definitely made a difference in our stay. I would love to come back! Emilly’s service was amazing!

If you’re visiting Universal Orlando Resort and looking for a hotel that checks every box, look no further than the Hyatt House Orlando across from Universal. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property goes above and beyond in every way. The hotel itself is fantastic — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for easy access to the parks. But what truly set this stay apart was the incredible service from the staff. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but the level of hospitality here was genuinely over the top in the best possible way. I have to give a very special shoutout to Emilly in the breakfast area. On our very first morning, she made us feel like VIP guests. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for her guests was remarkable. To top it all off, she went completely above and beyond by surprising me with a slice of cheesecake and a candle to help celebrate my birthday — at breakfast, no less! It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly made the moment memorable. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Emilly absolutely delivered. She’s the kind of team member who reminds you why hospitality is such a special industry. Hyatt House, you have a superstar on your hands — please recognize her accordingly! We will absolutely be returning on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you for making this birthday trip one to remember!

As a loyal Hyatt World member, I only choose Hyatt when traveling in the U.S. I truly feel that the service and friendliness of the staff at this hotel are above the usual Hyatt standard. 1.Every front desk staff member is professional, patient, and very polite. They really pay attention to what guests need, and they respond to emails and texts quickly. 2.The breakfast selection is great. I stayed for four nights, and the menu had small changes every morning. Even the breakfast crew were really friendly while clearing tables and refilling items. 3.We visited to celebrate our child’s eleventh birthday and stayed for four nights. Maria emailed us the check in information ahead of time and was so friendly and understanding. She even prepared a small gift which made our child super happy. The hotel also sent a thank you email after we checked out. Our entire stay felt comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. 4.The hotel offers rooms with bunk beds for families which gives kids their own space. There is also a shuttle to Universal Studios which is very convenient. Even if you don’t take the shuttle, using Uber is easy and affordable. We hope to come back every year if we can. Thank you again to all the Hyatt staff for making our stay so wonderful.

This is a lovely hotel. The lobby and breakfast area are all renovated and really lovely. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Justin helped us check-in and explained the shuttle availability for Universal Studios theme park. And Brian was so kind and hospitable! While sitting in the lobby chatting with friends (during a particularly cold evening) he went looking for hot chocolate in the kitchen to help me warm up. Incredibly kind and above and beyond. The room was large with a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. And conveniently located across from Universal Studios. The breakfast has a lot of hot options, and a lot of food! We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Would give this 10 stars if we could! The location was prime, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was impeccable! Breakfast was great every single morning. The employees in the breakfast area were even better! Emily and Cathy went out of their way to sing happy birthday to our large group and made sure to constantly check in on us. The whole staff was superior! Emily, Cathy, Yadira, Mayrelis, Tania, thank you for making our stay here one we will forever remember and for making this a home hotel whenever we are in FL!

When we checked in Justin D told us that we were the guest of the day. They upgraded one of my room, and gave us a great gift bag with goodies. Its a very clean and friendly property. When we went down to eat at H-bar we enjoyed everything. The service Joanna gave to us made us feel great. And we will definitely come back. Justi. The manager was also very friendly and inviting. We really appreciate coming to your property and being welcomed and made to feel like we were at home. Shawn and Juan were very helpful this morning as we navigated through late check out
